The two major metro areas have active and growing biking communities, and it shows in the support by both cities. Not sure on exact miles, but I know it is somewhere a little over 100 miles of dedicated bike lanes/trails. Tulsa also has a very nice, and also growing, set of bike trails running from Bixby in the South, all along the river and the Creek Turnpike, out to Sand Springs and on up all the way to Skiatook. I think there are about 90 miles of dedicated bike trails/paths in the OKC area. OKC has a good, and growing, bike trail system with access from the OK river area all the way out to Overholser and (with a just a little street riding) all the way up to Hefner.
